Melishan Devrim
Studied Art History in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and specialized in architectural history of the 19th and 20th century. Received "Young Art Critic Award" in 2002. Worked as an arts journalist, editor and copywriter for media and advertising agencies (1998-2021). Contributed to some international and collective art projects with her digital images (Museum of Selfies, 2014; "Virus" online exhibition of Ankara Nazım Hikmet Cultural Center, 2020.) Translated science fiction books. Worked as a migrant worker in Athens and Sofia, traveled in Europe for her architectural research (2017-2021). Published her "Konstantin Lips" [Byzantine monastery church, today Fenari İsa Mosque] series paintings at Saatchi Art Gallery in 2023.
